Residential Support Services

Student Apartments

You will live in apartments with your own bedroom in Lee, Massachusetts. Residential goals for you are focused on obtaining greater competency and success at independent life. The residential staff work with you to assess and teach skills necessary for independence.

You receive support and instruction in apartment maintenance and cleaning in scheduled weekly appointments. Staff assess your needs, and work to increase competency and independence in daily living.

As skills improve, you can demonstrate the need for less supervision in each area, and take a step toward greater independence.

Social Life

Social life at CIP is an important component of the residential program. You are afforded the opportunity to develop lasting friendships and social networks.

The diverse student population comes from all across America as well as several foreign countries. The CIP community strives to foster a supportive environment in which all individuals are affirmed, and differences are valued.

An elected Student Government plans and organizes student social activities, and fosters leadership.
