Student Advisors

As you enter the College Internship Program (CIP), you will be assigned a CIP Student Advisor.
The role of the Advisor is to be a case manager and advisor for you.
The Advisor is the conduit through which your academic, internship and residential progress at CIP is communicated with your family on a bi-weekly basis.
The coordination of this information is a way to keep your family informed and involved in the your development at CIP.

- Setting appointments
- Helping students set short- and long-term goals
- Coordinating your program plan
- Dealing with day-to-day problems
- Communication on important issues with you and your parents

The Student Advisor helps you in various ways:
The Student Advisor also oversees the student's path of progress and is responsible for coordinating periodic progress reports and maintaining communication with other departments and your family.
